Directions
The contents of the container should not be consumed directly. This tincture is highly concentrated and still contains approx. 30% alcohol. Please dilute 1.5mL (60 drops or 1.5 droppers full) with at least 4oz of water. Recommended to use about 30 mins before bedtime. Best results are achieved when used consistently.
Double Extraction
An organic, high-quality cane alcohol extraction (ethanol) is conducted over 42 days. Using reverse osmosis water, the herbs are extracted a second time for 45 minutes at a low temperature (140 degrees Fahrenheit). To maintain potency, we mix both extractions and hold them at 140deg F for 10 minutes to flash a percentage of ethanol. A double extraction involves pulling both the ethanol and water-soluble nutrients from each herbal blend into solution. The strength of a tincture is not diluted by a double extraction if done properly. The complexity and quality of the tincture will only be enhanced by a double extraction.
